Product is to be returned immediately with courier in case it doesn't match customer order.
In case of size substitution, customer should return product with courier immediately and second delivery will be charged to the customer.

Return is possible only and only if the product delivered doesn't match the ordered product; in case client picked the wrong size replacement is possible however client bares delivery charges. To avoid such issues please consult one of our agents.

Delivery inside Lebanon happens within 5 working days of order confirmation during which one of our agents will confirm delivery date with you. For international deliveries, AWB# will be provided once payment is confirmed.
